Over 22 years of professional experience as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accountant, Financial Controller at FMCG, Billion- dollar Food & Beverage Companies such as Nutifood, CJ/Minh Dao, Tan Hiep Phat Group.

Financial management, financial strategies and taxation systems with a corporate model to optimize the Group’s operations, including the implementation and optimization of tax and financial policies to maximize benefits for the Group and its member companies.

International Financial Management: Manage international financial aspects, including currency exchange, risk management and compliance with international financial regulations. This contributed to the very successful expansion of cross-border operations where he has been working.

Evaluate and manage financial risks effectively in order to implement financial strategies to the benefit of the Group.

Mr. Huy has done important work to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the financial operations of the group with its 16 member companies.

With a solid knowledge of accounting and finance, he has made a significant contribution to optimizing tax strategies and ensuring tax compliance.

His ability to analyze and solve complex tax challenges has helped him optimize the financial performance of the organization he serves. He always strives for accuracy and full compliance in his work and is always ready to come up with innovative and effective tax solutions.

As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Nutifood Group, Mr. Huy has undertaken important tasks to ensure accuracy and performance in the group’s financial operations with 16 member companies such as Financial and Accounting Operations Management, Financial & Accounting Team Leadership, Financial Strategy Implementation, Financial Risk Management, Optimization of Financial Efficiency, Financial Reporting and Transparency, Strategic Financial Planning, International Financial Management, Strategy Financial Partnerships, Sustainable Initiatives, etc.

These work has contributed significantly to the maintenance of the financial stability of Nutifood Group and helped create new opportunities for development and promote trade cooperation between Vietnam and abroad.

Play a key role in developing and implementing strategic financial plans in line with the company’s long-term goals. These plans have helped Nutifood overcome financial challenges and harness growth opportunities effectively.

Outstanding achievements

Establish and maintain strategic financial partnerships with external organizations, including domestic and foreign financial institutions and investors. These partnerships have helped to secure funding for critical projects and facilitate access to the resources needed for the overall development of the organization.

  1. Successfully completed the settlement of the guarantee offerings of up to 80% of SACE’s first non-binding guarantee transaction loan in ASEAN as well as in the food industry and the second in Asia with a five-year term of $31 million USD.
  2. This is the first non-binding warranty transaction by SACE in the ASEAN region, which opens up many opportunities to boost bilateral trade between Vietnam and Italy.
  3. This transaction has created a unique and remarkable financial model in the food and beverage industry.

The 10-year target for 2023-2033, Mr. Huy’s firm commitment to social responsibility and sustainability has shaped him as a kind and creative leader, who truly expresses the spirit of service leadership.
