Therefore, Intelligent Financial Research & Consulting (IFRC) initiatives to create a Vietnam geographical economic index measuring the economic efficiency of provinces, cities and regions in Vietnam
The Vietnam geographical economic indexes are designed and calculated based on the data of companies listed on stock exchanges, and have its head office located in that geographic area.
The Vietnam Geographical Economic Indexes series are including :
- The Provincial Indexes (actually 24 biggest provinces and cities, only provinces having at least 5 listed companies are calculated)
- The Regional Indexes (6 regions).
