An AllShare index is an index comprising all listed companies of a market segment (Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, HaNoi Stock Exchange), or industry (Finance, Bank, Technology, …), or Size (Large Caps, Mid Caps, Small Caps) or other classification. All Shares indexes are weighted by the full market capitalisation, or Equally, and the number is variable depending on the market conditions.
Tradable/investable
Liquid Stock or Blue Chips Methodology is adopted.
These indexes are UCITS III compliant and designed following international standards and to be potential underlying of funds and structured products. Constituents are in the liquidity criteria to make the trading basket easier and cheaper.
A tradable index comprises a limited and fixed number of constituents (to limit liquidity cost for the product issuers) and excludes illiquid stocks with a rounded number of constituents. For example IFRC VNX 25 index, or IFRC WOMEN CEO Top 10 index.
